You'll get banned no matter what, so if you enjoy putting tons of time into a game only to have it all deleted in a few weeks, then doing it all over again definitely do it. What you do in the game with the mod doesn't matter. Like abusing retreat or not, whatever you do, they will detect the mod itself and you'll be banned. They give no chances to cheaters so your account is gone for good. I have tested this with two different accounts, two different mods, same result. It's not fun. This game has some of the most egregious monetization and p2w mechanics out there, it's bad... It's also deceptively addicting, especially if you're Shin Megami fan, they will hook you with that but at the core it's a souless, flat game which forces you to sit through tutorials in the most infuriating ways. The kicks you in the back into the abyss of addiction and endless grind to make units strong enough to pass a certain content, and rinse and repeat. Be warned.

So I had an idea and am currently testing to see if it works. I'm gonna use the mod to farm a bit early on and then switch to the legit version and see if i get banned. Will report back in a week or two, or whenever the next ban wave is.
