Im getting same stuck as u bcs my device ban, u should try different device

I also find it doesn't work in Asia version. I fight in stage where I have little higher team BP then the required BP. At first I'm using no mod at all and I lose. Then I tried using x10 atk and def, still lose. Even when I changed the atk and def to x100, I still lose which doesn't make sense. I tried in story and event story, both doesn't seems to work.
