Does anyone know how much it affects regarding the enemy low ATK, DEF and HP? Is it by half of the enemy value or enough where the enemies do 1 damage to you and you can one-hit them?

as far as i using this mod
Low ATK = Make enemy atk to 1 (compared to your def, they will be 1 damage)
Low DEF = Make their def to 1 maybe, your damage will depend on your character status
Low HP = make their HP to 1, it only need 1 hit kill
 
Thank you for that information. Looks like low ATK might be similar to always your turn if you’re just looking to finish the round quick.
 
Is it fine to use always your turn and fast win or low hp together? There is probably no point to this, but am curious.

well, i'm never use always your turn
only using low atk, def, protection
sometimes secret skill

fast win only for event and conquest
