- Open the txt file inside ARTEAM folder and simply change the value/s inside
-- Line 1 = Min value 0 & Max value 100 = Attack Multiplier
-- Line 2 = true or false
--- true = no skills cd and cost ON
--- false = no skills cd and cost OFF

To switch to BYPASS MODE use 1 & false as input
