Some questions about countries and their iap ( monster warlord)

So a couple years ago i was playing a game called monster warlord. The top guild on the global server had a player that would top up all the guilds accounts he would charge 25 euro for each 99$ usd pack you wanted. My question is how he did this? Ive changed my google play payment to about 20+ other regions so far and the best ive found so far is egypt at 94$ after conversion for the 99$usd pack im just editting my payment profile via pay.google is there a different way that someone is aware of? Ive tried turkey brazil ect . All were about the same price after conversion even though the countries currency is much less value any tips or tricks would be highly appreciated thanks in advance

Nothing to do with changing region, the conversion will always usually be similar
Monster warlord was modded heavily, we had a currency mod so chances are the guy you saw had access to an injection mod too.

Nope he was using some form of br payment method. I was using turkish region for knights and dragons and the 199 usd pack when on sale only costed 46 usd.. so there are games and regions like this i am just not having luck on this game worked for a couple other apps as well but im more looking into monster warlord currently

If anyone has any knowledge of measures to take i will gladly compensate

Nope he was using some form of br payment method. Of course the guy using a mod was going to say he was using a different region to get cheaper IAP when he was actually getting free gems and charging people for it.
Knights and dragons doesn't have the high security checks that other games do, if you use a vpn to change region and the game accepts it then the game doesnt check properly.
The method you would need to employ is basically the same one credit card fraudsters use, you would need a vpn and a socks proxy in order to change your location more realistically as bigger games can tell your location through a vpn so the IAP prices will be the same just in the different currency.
There is also the fact that the big companies work with their own currency so no matter what region you play in the IAP is set to their price meaning the ones with weaker currency do pay more

Yea i understand that btw google updated their payment stuff incase you moved to a different country you can just change it now w8th a valid address no need for vpn thats what ive found to work on almost every game ive tested on mw is the only one i cant seem to get dramatic reductions on what if i used a vpn set to the country of my profile payment and then tried? My credit card does international purchases
Theres gotta be some non illegal method i can get it a little cheaper . Even like a 20$ difference on a 100$ pack would go a long ways

Yeah changing the address in your profile to setup an account works in order to set the currency, but whales like gamevil can easily input a check that detects where you are connecting from.
A vpn will only hide you from basic checks and is very easy to see through (we can detect a vpn connection on the forum)
Using a socks proxy changes your physical location, so using a socks and matching area vpn might work.
I have tried this on gamevil games previously but have always met the same problem, I always assumed gamevil price their IAP in USD so the conversion will only be comparative to the USD value
