If all of your devices are on the same network they will all use the same external IP address while communicating over the internet which is the IP address of your modem not the internal IP address assigned by your network.

from time to time the mod closes for no reason
If I install the bypass then I don't get the mod menu. do i have to reinstall the mod?

The game from time to time keeps closing itself, even after putting the bypass and reinstalling the mod, it especially happens when I go to farm characters

You keep saying this like 3928 times i also cant do anything, im trying to reproduce this but crash didnt happen on my side
Its much better if u can provide crashlogs, record a crashlog using matlog app while playing the game and send it here

It seems not giving much info, did u give storage permission on this matlog app?
Basically you need download original apk too
1. Delete META-INF file in signed apk
2. Insert original META-INF to the signed apk

No, it was simply installed, I use bluestack, it has never asked me for it, I looked to see if there was any option and I did not find it, I did activate the thing about having an overlay application.

Well the logs wasnt useful at all bcs the permission, what can i see from the logs u give is just "SU" crashed with this bluestack. Probably u should try other emulator lol

ok, I found it, I gave storage and phone permissions, I have restarted the bluestack and it is still the same, frozen on the ea sports screen
