What do you mean? You can use the obb both for mod and original apk in first post, but you need to download and extract at least once.
The playstore version cost 11 EU i doubt you want to download from there

No need to activate anything .. That game itself modded ... God mode works for me ... In some levels only not working .. So no problem ..

there should be no problems, but since emulator are not always stable and all different the only way to be sure is testing it yourself.
