How long does the mod take to load? I have been stuck in the loading screen for over 30 mins

UPDATE: Been loading for about 1hr. Stuck at the screen where it shows the warning for those under 20 and instead of the loading it shows "Mod by Mayuri".

maybe server down for maintenance

Yes that seem to be the case. The servers might have been down when I tried to play it. Tried again today but it looks like the game has been updated.
