Yes you must have a folder called com.something, remember that if you have another folder called com.something inside that, you have extracted in the wrong way. You only need ONE folded com.something with inside the game files.

It's usually a problem with the browser, use your file manager and check the file in your download folder (or whenever the browser save by default - check in the browser settings).
