I see 1.3.1 update in playstore but in my phone still 1.3.0 and work fine

Delete app and play new account untill tutorial then close app login your facebook

Try to delete facebook app and logout facebook in browser then open game and login facebook
After login you can redownload facebook app but if need to login you must do it agian

Then try this
-Deleta app and reinstall
-Play as new id till tutorial
-reopen app and login your old id
(I have this problem too and try thos medthod it work)
