My Tyrfing (tank) Is Level 85, in the ex event (Caris) she hit over 3.5k with normal attack. Played a Lot of MP w/o mod and never saw Any one reach 2K damage.

Then do not use mod in MP mode!! Not only you will get banned, but also causing this mod unavailable too!
Read the front page again, OP stated clearly that you have to play "normally" in MP mode.

Well, I'm lvl 99/100, and I have decent units like Magnus, Hazel, Albea, Shayna, Caris with his Sniper+, Polin Bard+ and Rahu Chrono+ (All units job maxed and with enhanced equip) so I guess there's no risk. But I will disable the DMG mod so nevermind

Just disable all mods, even with damage mod I'm still 99.99% sure they'll catch you. Level 99/100 means absolutely nothing in this game, and even with all those units at level 85 I would still be careful.
