you're kinda wrong here cuz not every ability is 10 sec also there are option cards to reduce the cooldown of abilities by 3.6 seconds(Maxed Cards).
so, the chances of netmarble being able to find out who is cheating not so easy in this case.

I didn't say every skill was a 10 second CD it was an example. It doesn't matter what the CD of the skill is it is only possible to cast so many of them even with reduced CD battle cards. There is a maximum reduction ingame so even if they add that to the search it will flag easily. It is a simple math equation to detect who is using more skills than is possible legitimately.
No CD is one of the easiest functions to detect

Aight maybe it is then dmg multiplier should also be easier bcz ppl will use it in epic quest without having good fighters maxed out without any buffs.. It would be very easily detected

Bro please mod it.... Netmarble won't like it but there are already people using mods in the game I see top 5 people in time attack using mods. Also, Netmarble already making huge amount of money.
If you make a mod for no cd don't make it so the ultimate also has no cd or the people will abuse it in time attack.

Make no cd for normal abilities only don't make it for ultimate abilities.
