Currently: Its not working all mode, Just UB can work it and Class Windchaser can use this function

For the last time i replied to this question, i wont fix this
Either i keep this nocd and can be used only on UB & class Windchaser (info from @Vnhaxer )
or
i will just remove it

Don't delete the nocd because it is still useful in the arena, making the enemy unable to cast skills

The mod was working fine, until just this monday the nocd doesn't work anymore, if I try to switch class then use ff while ff skill on cd it doesn't work anymore just like last time. Some players just don't know how the nocd works thats why they keep complaining about the mod, when it works just fine..

I wasnt talking nocd the old one bcs i know last week still work, im talking nocd issue happening right now lol
Yeah last week was working i dont know what happened now.some other cheating players were able to use it i dunno what cheat they're using
