Given that the Korean and Japanese server have the same protection, it will also be available on the global server. I think that you should not wait for a mod for this game.

The global version is managed by Netmarble, so there is a chance for it to come out, considering AR provides mod for all Netmarble EN games. Although expect the security to be as aggressive as The King of Fighters ALLSTAR's.

Don't give up hope. AR devs will surely give it a try.

I think that the protection will be the same as the Japanese version of the game, so I have doubts about the release of the mod.
 
Will most likely not be modded, both jp and kr versions were archieved from the vip section
 
I'm already going to log in on Facebook if I leave I'm already fine with my account
 
Since Kr and jp ver still not modded yet i doubt global will. Still Fingers Crossed 😬
