I only open the game with WiFi activated for download city's and for make purchases and after I close the game and turn off WiFi and (not received ban )just play offline and not abuse the free inappurchase and you not have trouble

If they fix that, because can't I get past that message. I tried the game without using my progress and everything was fine, but once I put my saved progress, it no longer allows me to access the game, because it tells me that I am using cheats.

So you have no problem opening the game.

If you will save your progress, and you uninstall and reinstall the game, everything will be normal but if you use your saved progress then it will no longer let you play, because it will show you a message that says you are using cheats
