It doesn't open for 3 times then an alert will pop up that says the game data should be cleared because of too much data. I do it, open the game but it says the resources are not downloaded. If I won't clear it, it will just crash and won't open.

Its a problem of OBB, try to delete the apk from device, and OBB of the game inside Android folder in sdcard and exctract again
