Am having the same problem I googled it, it mean your already signed into it but it didn't save my data and I've lost everything so I would keep the mod if I was you just incase ?

Look in game setting!!
Use new fb account never played this game. In fb app login first. Then use this mod.. Pass training then cheat money.. Then go to in-game setting bottom tab find connect Facebook.
Now exit game.. Uninstall this game mod.. Install Google play version or from apk pure.. Pass training then go to in-game setting connect fb (it use your fb app account).. Choose Load from cloud.. Done.

Hello all,
Today i tried to install for first time the mod apk. It worked like a charm but there was a big issue. As Helen also said, the option for facebook, google and stuff had disappeared.
The problem is that even when I uninstalled the mod apk and installed again the official rom from playstore, the disappear of the social media remained.
I think that after installation of mod apk there is no return. Maybe it's a way from ea to limit modders. Be careful! I lost my sims, I lost my account and cannot see friends or other players now.

After that, remove app from ea games (the sims app).
Go back to the game, and try again to connect ur acount to fb. Works very well for me

I have try all that coz that's what I normal do that but is not working even if u make a new Facebook and stay logged in with the new one still doesn't work don't know what I have done give up now ?
