My game have been stuck for several hours already. Trying to open it since this morning but to no avail. Already installed and uninstalled for so many times but still the same. The screen just won't go any further than the tutorial part screen. Please do something.
Did the game work before or this happened on this new update ? tested on my side and it works just fine try different device / emulator or try the above method of moving the game to internal ... also try restarting your device ..etc

I've clean the cache and the apps is already in my internal storage. But still the game's screen stuck as soon as I try to click it. Just don't know what else to do. This is just so frustrating...

Please try redownloading the apk again maybe something went wrong while downloading ... either that or plz try different device / emulator .. may i ask what device are you using ?

if it does work then If you have pc please try nox version 6.2.5.3 works like a charm .. you only need to use the mod once to have massive Cash and Simoleons so use nox after you get the mod working link your account to facebook .. then you can use your device without mod just load up your linked account from facebook

Where do I get this nox version 6.2.5.3? Can it be downloaded from play store as well? For mobile phone use. Or it can only be use on pc?
No it's an anroid emulator so you will have to download it in pc only works for pc here is the link NoxPlayer 6.2.6.1 Release Note | NoxPlayer or you could try bluestack as well BlueStacks - Play Mobile Games on PC 6x Faster Than Any Phone both are for pc if you don't know what an emulator is i suggest you googling it

For people who said that doesn't work, try this:
1. Before uninstall the original game, check that you're connected to your facebook account, otherwise your game will be lost.
2. Uninstall the original game and download the mod.
2.1 If the game asks you to charge your game from the cloud, load up your linked account and see the step 6 to connect to facebook and jump the step 3.
3. Complete the tutorial until level 3.
4. After you have this level, to activate the simoleons, buy the first mirror that appears in the store, then you close the game and open it again, you'll see that the simoleons have changed.
5. For the Sim Cash, buy the first toilet that appears that costs Sim Cash, and repeat, you close the game and then, when you open it again you'll see the Sim Cash has changed.
6.Finally connect your linked facebook account, if the game doesn't allow you, you need to uninstall or disable facebook, then you can connect it from inside the game, after you connected your account, you can install it again on your device.
I hope this have helpt you, I tried to explain it step by step.

EA deserves this, making as simple a changing a color of an object to be paid premium when it didnt do that at launch. And everything is basically ripped off from the pc version and made eveything as grindy as possible. Fucking bots making it 4.5 stars on the playstore. Fuck you EA!
