unauthorized program has detected, how to bypass that? alliance x empire mod

hi there, recently i've been make modded AxE apk, like god mode, no cooldown, etc.
but the developer seems to make minor update in their server to detect any different in apk file
i wanna ask if there is any method to make it bypass the server check or not?
method i've tried so far :

1. direct edit in packed apk -> the edited value back to default
2. unpack and repack -> still detected

Nexon have fixed the security so that the flaw people were exploiting in order to bypass the checks will no longer work. Bypassing the security properly required very advanced techniques, this is the same thing that happened with Darkness rises

thanks for your explanation, i think it's kinda difficult to achieve that advanced techniques.
btw i have some question, is it possible to repacked the libil2cpp.so from the extracted files which we opened in DnSpy?
i mean like editing the dll files method, not the hexed method like before
