Try blocking/erasing all data of Google Playstore in Settings/Apps. Then uninstall the original apk (PS version) then restart your phone. Finally, install mod again. It may work

This mod seem to be unsigned or it has some problem with real device. We can only wait the modder to fix that.
During this time, you can install it on emulators instead because it's working on there (tested):

So the mod is for rooted device, probably thats why i cant install it on my phone
