its because the app you are running is manifested in full screen mode
if your phone has a feature to run specific app to no-full screen mode give it it a try as it might work
other workaround would be downloading a button assistance in playstore.. keyword for it is "assistive touch"

lol.. you could also try searching "back button" and its the same as above, its a floating icon you can move around your screen

Yeah.. I download some of this app... But when i play something that hold and click button assist... The thing i hold follow my 2nd finger and not able to click assist button... RiP

what is your timezone? i could check your device if you want via remote app..
I found the solutions... after update to android 10 they remove full screen display option for app.. And make them absolutely full screen to all app... So i need to downgrade my android to 9 back... To make this i need to format my phone... So nvm.. Might buy android 9 phone instead format current phone.. Thx for ur help <3
