Wild rift mod

I have VIP access and I'm trying to use Wild Rift (which works with BlueStacks) while using the VIP Map Hack but I can't get past the part that says "permit drawing over apps" I turned that on already but when I relaunch it goes back to the same screen. I downloaded the app on the android phone and it works fine I can get past the "permit drawing over apps" issue but I want to play on PC not on the phone any help?

Doesn't work on emulator.

If you bought from a reseller they need to take care of you.
 
Mod is no longer in VIP, it is now sold as a private mod.
 
I use wildrift mod and i think i play like a normal player but why i get banned?
I get banned 5 account , every account just play 10-20 match in normal game unranked and some account i get banned since i tutorial success
 
-Hard reset your device if you get banned.

-Dont play too obvious.
 
Don't use the mod in tutorial then.

Reset device, install game from playstore, download all data and finish tutorial, install mod on top and continue playing.
