I am still not getting the steps?
1. Installed by-pass
2. Logged in with my FB as I am a new player
3. Into the game it is downloading resource files for expansion. Done with that. (Is this what you mean by download DATA TWICE?) First at the time of loading game and 2nd when you're in the game)
4. Played a couple missions. Reached ~35 lvl with my new character.
5. Exit the game and install the mod directly over the installed game or should I uninstall the bypass and then reinstall the mod? -__-

You can just install over the bypass without uninstalling it.

Where did you test this mod bro?? What mode?? This mod only work for story quest, skill quest. Not for raid, or daily dungeon.
