For experiencing it... I managed to raise lvl36 and fell on a slut that reported me seeing my 4 K/D ratio ;-)
Raised many times to lvl 25 and each time was reported by other players. .

Yea the dev of the game modding down on the modding by changing their coding I'm sure the same for modern strikes too on next update
