This mod works perfectly. You need android 4, 5 or 6 and you need to do the patch to android. I use bluestarks3.

Use bluestarks3 works just fine. The modder that create this mod -JogosUnlimitedHacker explain very good.
I use bluestarks3 with root + patch to android. I install the original game and then I install the mod on top of the original game. Very important you need to have android version 4, 5 or 6....if you have android 7, 8 or 9 don't work.
