as i said might not work on some areas ... both enemies and us will have x10 damage x10 defense so the total effect will be 0 otherwise don't use it on pvp ... it's risky anyway

The link is broken is says 403 forbidden , I tried on different browsers it still says forbidden , is there any other way to download it ?
