You have two things going for you. Either you still didn't do the Lucky Patcher method, or the apk you've downloaded is corrupted. If it is corrupted, just try to download again with a more stabke connection

this mod is only for rooted phone, are you sure modv2 cannot be installed?
im not rooted but the mod version 1 works just fine

Yea, this mod only rooted phone actually, because you need google account for ranking, etc and already tried before on nonrooted and doesn't work, so its sure weird if you can, let me make the signed one for modv2 then for you.
