Sorry no way other than root. It's same for every modded game not just dragon stadium.

I dint try if it still woks, but its the same version as the playstore version if you check.

The store version is 1.10.3 but the actual build is different.
The mod version is 1605061649
The current version is 1605121814

I've got pretty much all the mods from many sites but none of them worked because outdated, the only one that works has limited feature.
