i've played a lot now and the "miss" comes from the levels difference from you and the monster. It has no point with accuracy ( which augment crit chance). Hope this can help you and the others playing.
I also noticed that the damage mod is not that effective at high level(even at max). Could be good if we could have more (y)
One thing that could be also good is the chance of upgrade thx a lot , still very nice mod !(y)(y)(y)

you'll see floating menu for this game when you fight, you need to click on the DOT AR and it'll open/close the menu
