Go into a file manager and inside Android>Data look for com.aniplex.fategrandorder.en and change the name to com.aniplex.fategrandorder.en. and delete the mod apk. Install the original apk and rename the data file back to com.aniplex.fategrandorder.en then open the game and it should transfer your game data.

If you pay attention to little detail, there's bug in ce filter for event that display wrong information about bonus drop
