1.) no clue about VIP perks but you've got the max there -- can't remember if this had been removed or not

Warning:
1.) dev is doing nasty things which will instantly ban your account if your account is detected using mods
2.) IF you notice there is an in-game update available, DO NOT try to run the game. Instead inform me immediately and wait till I update the mod. If unsure, test new content update with dummy account first before you try to run the mod
3.) failure to follow the above -- kiss your account goodbye
4.) having said this, make as many accounts as you wish, the mods will get you to level 38 in few hours clicking
