if you are using guest you need to wait for the mod update if you uninstall it you lose your guest account

if you want to use the guest account in another device/emulator you need to link it with a facebook acount first, I dont think you can remove a banned account from your facebook you need to use a new one.

I can't uninstall the game and reinstall clean or else I would lose my game data. I don't want to wait a week for a mod update. If there's a solution with root to update and not lose my account, I'd like to use that instead.

root your phone , and there s no way you can transfer guest account to another device

but I don't think this will help with guest account migration
if you want to easily swap between mod and original apk, use nox and use its multi-drive feature
