seems like they ban depend on the amount of stage's stars you achieved or the challenge tower result, because I'm also banned.

did you used another mod ? do you progress too fast ? like clearing 2-3 chapter on one day ? because my account, already 3 weeks , clear all chapter hard 3 star, arena , guild, tower clear, and have some friend on list ,still safe , i clear each chapter usually 1 per day and not rush it
