Yeah i did do it once. Ugh. Looking at the facebook post, it says account suspension instead of a ban. Any chance that its temporary?

Someone posted that he got banned or suspended and he dont play for a time being...and when he wanted to start playing again, hes account restored...maybe you should wait a month or two...
 
I cant install this new update over my modded version. Tried both high risk and win still failed to update. Any idea why ? If possible without unistalling the older version cause the signal here sucks to download the game data.

This happens most likely because the signature between the .apk file is different.
An easy way to do so is, if you have a rooted device, install Lucky Patcher and enable the patch allowing different signature/versions/etc to install over an existing app/game.
Just read the description of the different patches and enable those you may need or find useful.

Im afraid so, cause this one modded by different modder(my version was modded by inferno this one by stelau4). I have lucky patcher but unfortunately my device isnt rooted. So i have no choice other uninstall then reinstall with this one ?

There are few functions possible for non-rooted device in Lucky Patcher.
I sadly forgot if patches are possible or not in the case, but assuming they change the functioning of the device to such a deep level i think the chance of those working flawlessy without root is low.

For now, if rooting the device is not an option, i can't sadly think of any alternative working easily as uninstalling the older and install the newer and at this point i suggest doing so, because you would waste less time doing that than finding an alternative solution.

Remember also to be sure you are not playing as a 'Guest' in any game you uninstall before installing an alternative mod/version.
I'm not aware if THIS game allow guest login, but in the case it's always suggested register your account with a social (ex facebook) or an email if the game requires it... or both.
Uninstalling any game where you are playing in Guest mode, will often lead to losing your account when uninstalling and the impossibility to recover it even after reinstallation.

Thanks for the advice, i'll just unistall then reinstall it withh the new one. One last question, im just curious, do i need to reinstall older version with new one everytime there's update ? Does the signature of apk change each time someone mod it or its from publisher side ? Just curious how apk signature work.
 
Works fine on Mod win but stuck in TuT mod. Please update the TuT mod sir.
