As everybody that plays with them agrees to a click wrap agreement, also something that is legally considered to be a contract, to follow the rules, they are required to show proof for the ban, the cancelation of this contract.
As I never used the mod to the best of my knowledge, I specifically asked for the evidence to be shown, if alone to verify it and look into it myself.
The last I gotten was "send it to the technical team, no reply from them yet" and I will proceed to involve laywers should they not provide me the adress for a formal letter of complaint or show me the supposed evidence.
Checking facebook app management, they also maintain their link to your facebook acc, something they have lost any right to have access to with the cancelation of this click wrap agreement. As it is their service and their end to this agreement, one could argue that it is also their responsbility to remove it.
Thinks of it this way, if they had it logged, referenced, certainly proven, then why is it that it needed be sent to the tech team without a reply within two weeks? It is not that a transfer of data in itself is demanded, a short list would be sufficent for me to look into it. Yet it takes time, if not for proper investigation on their end, what else?
