A post from an FB user in the ban-list thread from King's Raid page.

Seems like the banwave is a bit indiscriminate this time around as there's been some complaints from actual legit players on facebook that got suspended yet Vespa refused to show evidence of them using any illegal softwares of any sort, thus making the banwave seemed rather shady and simply based upon other players' reports without in-depth investigations.

It might be a high time now to not focus too much on this game until Vespa pull back a bit with their banhammers as it seems like they're being Red Hulks with Thor's Mjolnir and just wailing hundreds of players randomly and some innocent players are caught in crossfire (as I would have expected considering how physically impossible it is to legitimately provide evidence for every banned player when they questioned Vespa).

So...this is how the status is at the moment, folks.

Im suprised that there are more ppl in this banhammer. It seems that Vespa is for real. Lots challenger cheater got banned this time, many which of em are spender....

So is this the end for this mod? move to VIP soon? since Im legit player now still concern about this mod. It helped me get to full T2 team within one month, very appreciate it and the modder:

Don't be surprised. A lot of innocent players are getting hammered too and there seem to be no address for the moment for those who are legitimately spending hundreds of dollars on the game and now they're asking for refunds.

Some of them got it back, while some are still waiting for Vespa to resolve the blind ban with hope of not being hit by another copy and paste email from the admins.

As I am checking now the community on King's Raid recent ban-list thread is now a tinderbox filled with lots and lots of angry paid players getting banned for no reasons lol, including large guilds that have been at the game for more than half a year even.

Hell some are actually ASKING to get banned from Vespa because they've lost their reason to continue playing as their guildmates were suspended without actual proof of using any illegal softwares.

GG Vespa, continue your indiscriminate banwaves and see how many more players will support your game like this. xD

There are a lot legit gamers who have been banned tho. Like my guildmate who's been spending a lot of cash. He is very pissed lol. I mean, if you spend $1000+ why will u get banned? Isn't it obvious the one who spends alot is wanna get stronger fast.
 
On an extra note...check out what Vespa responded to a big-spender in US server that got banned... :D

Thank you for this 4 month of game play stelau4. I got ban but didn't lost anything beside my time. Ha Ha it's was a good game. Time to look for another game. See u guy

But lucky my 2nd account not banned, different is my 1st account clear hell mode (but not all) and my 2nd account no one clear hell just on stockade and my 1st account clear TOC and TOO but my 2nd account not cleared yet. It might be some clue for others to play with this mod

I still got 18 more accounts that are all on Platinum and Diamond to play with. So it's not all too bad. (Do note that I haven't spent a damn cent in this game since the micro-payment contents in this game are NOT worth the asking price.)

But if anything Vespa's indiscriminate banning left and right will definitely be shooting themselves in the feet just to get rid of all of us.

If anything, they have far more to lose than us :D

Look at how they just refunded a grand ($1000) of US dollars to a big spender who supported their game and got banned with no evidence. That just shows how little Vespa put effort in investigation before dropping the hammer. :D

I dunno what's going on in Vespa's operating HQ but I can assure you if they don't keep their banhammers in check this will blow up in their face eventually with more and more players asking for refunds for accidental bans, and in return more and more players will leave their game.

TLDR: Vespa can't prove shit so they just ban people randomly hoping to get rid of all of us while compromising a few legit players being caught in crossfire despite them spending hundreds of dollars on the game.

I wonder how many "legit honest players" are pissed off now trying to get their refunds considering their bans won't be revoked? ;)

When you login your banned account it's usually showing a looping of "Certificate" and "Retry Login". That's what happens to banned accounts, so if you can't login your account suddenly when it's stuck in a loading loop like that, that means your account is gone.

I think vespa banned by username, not account. My account banned in Server US but still play in Server Asia :D

Yeah, that's what's going on. Some players still don't understand what is the sign of their usernames being banned so they're left clueless wondering if they're still able to login or not.

a lot of people complaint about this, but is it really true? a big spender could have started from a mod user that got hooked for this game then started to spend and play hardcore with a boost of progress in their acc from mod.

and the strange things is most people who complaint about ban mistake etc said that its their friend who got banned.. why doesnt the one who got banned complaint? from my experience its either the one who post it is the banned one but too ashamed to said it .. or his friend is lying..

EDIT: Nevermind, the guy got banhammered. Bwahahaha. He doesn't seem all that ticked off though. Heh.

Pretty sure he can replace his legit account with more money from his family or his own credit card eventually. This shouldn't cripple him in any way after all since he's more than willing to expose us members here in this forum~ <3

Hey Cyan, if you're reading this, pretty sure Vespa can refund you all the money you spend on this game. ;)

You don't have much to lose other than time, knowing you can do that at least -- right? =D

After all, you explicitly stated that you whales are what made King's Raid come this far with your money. Yet Vespa just proved to us all that they don't need you guys to keep them alive with this banwave.

But I am sure since that you like this game so much, you won't mind dedicating even more money to them with a spanking new IGN and start from scratch with tons and tons of bought rubies, right? :3
