But yeah, those proud whales are pretty much scorned by what Vespa do to address this and it blew up to their faces and both sides are literally losing money and trust. While we remained out in the clear.

The long agonizing death of whales that have hogged the game are pretty much all but confirmed gone since I knew from the moment that Vespa will no longer hand out refunds to whatever shit ton of cash they put, there's no fucking way these "Legit whale champions" will ever, EVER return to this game and try to further exploit us vocally on Facebook.

The jokes are on them now and they knew it. LOLOLOLOL!

I doubt Vespa can survive if they are handing refunds to the whales. Lol. I know of another mod user who spends a fair bit too. And when she was banned in the first wave, she was completely chilled about it too - no email appeal, no fb saga. Everyone of us should know what we have signed up for when we downloaded the mod. For me, I'm just counting the days till I get hit by the banhammer.

And yes, those "legit whale champions" sure won't be returning. I wouldn't either - no matter whether I have spent or not. Just not worth the effort now that Vespa is in highkey banning mode. It's like Vespa is trying to ban a whole lot of users to impress their die-hard fans.

But I just find their business strategy a bit mind boggling. Say, if you are a profit motivating company, wouldn't you turn a blind eye to whale modder if their modding is not too obvious? You will continue to get income from the whale modder and the legit whale will spend more to try and overtake the whale modder who have unfair advantages. Now that so many whales are gone, not sure how Vespa can take this financially since their company is still relatively new. Wanted to buy that Viska package. But I guess I better think twice now. Lol, every maintenance I feel like I'm someone who cheated death when I find that I can still login.

Well, at least be glad that we now know that Vespa's about as blind as a bat here with their banhammers at the moment since many, many legit "whales" including our vocal friend Cyan got smacked by banhammer themselves despite trying their damndest to expose us. So...it's not a big loss for us.

There's more than just that one player I showed in screenshot that just got his 1000 USD+ refund so imagine how many more are spending like him around that amount only to be refunded after this shit storm. You know Vespa can't keep this up or they'll have no money left to support their own game development.

What Vespa did was nothing more than a bad PR-stunt to make them look like justice warriors when in truth it seems they're just banning people based on reports with no actual investigation for the accused and thus brought this steaming pile of shit back to them after the purge wave. Maybe Vespa will learn to think twice before going on a banning spree next time, and our days will be extended further just a bit perhaps?

And well, Vespa won't do that as I am certain if that's somehow exposed to public in a viral vocal way, there'll be an uproar riot of Vespa being biased to rich modders and there'll be even more shit for them to clean up. Vespa won't go that zone unless they're mentally retarded lol.

I thought that USD1000+ refund was made through appstore? Tbh, appstore is much friendlier when it comes to getting refunds as compared to googleplay. Googleplay only got that 1 transaction refund rule and the rest you gotta sort it out with the bank.

Well, in my first post about Cyan's ban, I dis question if he is really innocent or a hypocrite. But I do believe there are a small number of people who got caught in the gunfire. Fact remains that my legit iOS sub got banned

Whatever the case may be, those legit players will always lose more than us because if they spend money on getting to where they are, they won't get that back, for us -- we simply lost time and maybe a bit less money than them and we're not as emotionally taxed because we know what we're in for when we use this software. =)

in my opinion, you can be banned if you're strong in the arena and participate with social raids ( like offering your help as a carry ). in my experience, only my 2 accounts with good arena records got banned while my other 3 accounts without arena records aren't banned. this only prove that vespa don't have the ability to investigate thru data records and they only ban people who got reported. my conclusion is don't get reported!

is there any other players here who aren't banned yet using the mod? any thoughts about my theory?

3 accounts still kicking here. 2 accounts no arena records 1 account is at low rank. Im making my way now for my 4th account. xD
On a side note if i were vespa i could make a bail out system 1st 2nd 3rd offense were in every bailout cost will be triple or so. Hahaha

18 total accounts still working with 2 banned (Arena whores those two are), 8 on America server, 9 on Asia and 1 on Korea server (hardly touched it).

And from what you theorized, you're pretty close on the money since the only ones getting banned are apparently PVP rankers who got reported by many many unhappy players who has the foggiest of clue to accuse them of cheating. I won't be surprised if GrannyKiller is eventually banned too by player accusations. *shrugs*
