When they ban, do they also ban our facebook acc ?
I mean can we link the same facebook acc to create new game acc ?

Yes, you're right, Tower of Ordeal, i think.
As my experience, even with mods on, there is no effect in Arena and Dragon raid.
For Guide raid and world boss, you must turn off mods to do.

No, they also ban FB and GG account, so you cannot use same account to create other game account.
By the way, does anyone know how to remove FB account when we getting banned in iOS? When i choose log in with FB account, iOS always remember the banned account so literally I can not log in with other FB account on iOS, please help.

Yes, i did this too, but iOS always remember the last account, tried every way i know but still cannot get it to log with other account.
Not like Android, you need to re-log (manual) everytime you log out.
