In wich point you mean can't bind in log in session if that's the problem try to connect and disconnect the internet then try to log in again should be work

if still not work try to close the app, wait for a couple hours then try again

is your phone rooted or not, if not rooted it impossible to bind your account with google While using moded APK, If you try to log in with facebook, Uninstall the FB App then login again without installing the FB App

There shouldn't be an issue on Nox because when the update came, it's running smoothly.

@stelau4 is there a way you could check why the game started going slow and laggy loading after the update in Nox though?

I'll take a check maybe it's update on devs side they normally update the game twice because of bugs
