Nah. You will not be banned for that.

I have been banned like 5 times already, on one of my main account that spent half a year. So from my experience some of the place that will likely will get you banned.

1) Hell mode event, got some newly made account banned when doing hell mode event with instant win or weak enemies + no attack + stats mod.

2) Hell mode of C1 to C7 which an account with T5 DPS, T3 Tank and other heroes at T1. Using weak enemies and stats mod so in general, stay away from Hell and chapter 7 when you have less than 2 T5 I guess.

3) Tower of Challenge, climb to high and too fast, you will get banned.
