The orange orvel castle one at the end there with the black knight is where it crashes with or without the mod on my emulators (bluestacks/nox). I need to link the account to try it on my phone at this point. Pretty sure it's a game issue with trying to play a cutscene or something. Heroes are half off atm plus you want to expand your inventory since chapter 9 and dragon raids fill up inventory in no time.

What mod did you use to defeat scarlet? I have used mod v1 and v2 but it didn't work
 
Well now i can't event play...every time i choose level it says "content not unlocked" maybe i got banned? i use a guest account

your account safe but you have to play with the latest version if you want to try the latest content

if it's crashing, that means you haven't allow the permissions to the game. Settings>Apps>Kings Raid> Allow permissions. Should fix your crashing.
