Also free craft willbe super cool for automatic turret as it is now available in game now thanks to bunker Alfa
 
Cannot get it loaded.. I used the "atlantis.apk" file and it wants me to upgrade to 1.5.3
Then it won't upload new version. Non rooted phone. And I am a complete noob at this. Also, the 1.5.2 version would get stuck on the Chinese screen after I turned off phone.. I have made it to level 70 3 times without turning phone off. Once I did however, i had to reinstall game completely. Remember type absolute directions if can help. Because I am a complete moron

Lol the 1.5.3 is out thats why u have to wait for the thread to get updated ( remember to save ur files) lol or ull be scrwed also install the chinese app so that dont pop up agian (just a market app)

Do not equip and craft the following items as it is still not released in the game yet although you can craft it:
70lv: Kevlar Outfit and S&W Magnum
82lv: Assault Outfit
Some other items such as Clan Banner, Radio Tower and Gunsmith are craftable but it will cause white building screen because they are still not out in the game yet.
Equipping the above items might lead to crashing of save.

Installation Steps:
1. Download
2. (Important) Back up your save folder from current apk - Android/Data/zombie.survival.craft.z/file
3. Uninstall previous version, MUST!
4. Install Mod and launch it to test the functions, MUST!
5. Paste the back-up save folder to Android/Data/zombie.survival.craft.z.abc
6. Install or ignore (tap the top right corner) the Chinese commercial that pops out before launching the game (No virus).
7. Enjoy! Please leave a comment if you find it work so that I'll keep updating it.

P.S. 1 Step By Step Guide - how to back up your save.
1. Use File Explorer to browse your phone SD card or storage. (Could be done on your phone or with a computer)
2. Get to Android/Data/zombie.survival.craft.z. or zombie.survival.craft.z.abc (Depends on the version of your mod)
3. Copy the "File" folder and paste it to somewhere safe.
4. Uninstall the current game and install the new mod.
5. Launch the game once to let it create its root file as well as testing the hack functions.
6. Paste the earlier backed up "File" folder to Android/Data/zombie.survival.craft.z. or zombie.survival.craft.z.abc.
7. Load the game and do not let Google Play restore your previous save. You can also attach to a plain google account to back up your save to Google Play.
8. Done, and always remember to back up your save folder regularly as this game is still in beta and you might easily crush your save by crafting some unreleased items.
9. This save back-up method works in any LDOE mods and the original game.

P.S. 2 For those who play on Android Emulators,
Open the apk with 7zip and delete the x86 folder inside Libs folder before installing it. But please remember to launch the game once before pasting your save folder. Feasibility depends on the model of your emulator.

Let me clarify...

Loaded original 1.5.2 game from this site
It operated fine until I turned off phone
Turned on phone and will not restart
I then noticed that game was updated
Returned to this site to get new mod
After installing new mod it asks me to update LDOE
When I attempt to do so, it gives me a 505 error code and will not complete install from where it takes me (which is Google Play)
I'm just confused as heck!

Also it's the Chinese app that would not work after I turned the phone off and pressing in the upper right of the screen didnt do a darn thing... -Scrub

we all are eagerly and patiently waiting for new mod, probably will take a day or two.
for sure Game Developers probably updated some scripts to this game to slow down MODs.

And I guess that's the issue with not being able to play the game from apk I picked up from here? So how do I get back to playing the previous version? It would not restart from installed app.. really digging the game, but can no longer play because of "updating issue" thanks again @Arcie

sadly this game have no offline gaming capability...I wished it did!

all there are to do now is wait for @KingAtlantis to release his new 1.5.3 MOD sooner or later
hopefully it is still the same Signature to his 1.5.2 MOD, so previous game saves will be retained for continuation game play.

1.5.2 have buggy items in crafting as mention in OP 1st post. It crashes the game, gets VERY annoying.

I suggest you, every time you level up till a certain LVL. Go into Data Folder, Backup the Game Folder for safe keeping. Time to Time, game server to Renew your Game Save back to LVL1.
This way you can delete that LVL1 with your Backup save for Continuation Enjoyment!

The problem is I cannot access the 1.5.2 version anymore through kingatlantis apk! I have to use the Google Play app to even play the game now. And it's entirely less enjoyable than the Kefir original! Thanks for the help. Sadly It was all working this afternoon.. this stinks!

Obviously king's modded 1.5.2 won't load as the game has been updated .
 
Man if it takes 2-3 days to mod 1.5.3 I think we should wait, coz I got a hunch dev's gonna update once more just like the way they did for 1.5.1
 
Will need explaining on how to transfer saved data to new version of mod then to original. Just starting to attempt to learn how to do these things. All and any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Absolutely will wait. And I was a dumbass for felting the saved 1.5.2 data as i thought it would no longer work! I will know better next time. Until then on, will play Google game and do as best I can in getting resources and such. Thanks for the reply and insight.

sorry for lengthy tut

You will need a File Explorer of some type. You can use the following two recommended app from Play Store (or MOD elsewhere)
ES File Explorer File Manager or Explorer
ES File Explorer is more GUI based easier to use ; Explorer been around for ages

Game Data folders will Fall into:
Internal Store > Android > data

for this particular game folder will be:
zombie.survival.craft.z or zombie.survival.craft.z.abc
( .abc is a MOD game folder from a MOD apk which is signed .abc or anything developer chooses)

every once a while when you play this game.
recommended you backup "zombie.survival.craft.z / .abc" folder to any place or same location
copy and paste and rename to zombie.survival.craft.z.bak
renaming backup folder will not effect game play.

when you need to use the .bak folder, all you need to do is delete current game folder,
go to your .bak folder, delete extension .bak, you are Done.

I got a light doubt every time I switch form mod to original or vice versa both games restore the game data on its own even though I didn't choose backup
