Outdated 魔界ウォーズ (Makai Wars) v01.40.01[DMG/DEF Mod]

Oh sorry I thought you were the one in charge of the mod.
Not letting me install it for some reason, dunno why. Not working for me like the other ones did.

ofc i'm the one that in charge on this mod, but for some permission required is from the game itself not the mod.
what mod version did you try to install?

It was version 2, but when I try to install it says I need permissions which I agree to but then it tries to run something as administrator and then it installs a blank app with no name or anything.
 
Says device not supported. The installation doesn't look like it used to either.
I am able to run the actual game without the mod so I dunno why it says device not supported

ah you need to uninstall that thing, that was an ads. you can found it on setting - app - and you will find no name and no icon apps but with around 20-30mb size. after that, try to redownload the mod.

here is an off-topic thread.
this might be a better online storage service, it has no ad and uploader can earn money from it (not sure about it but the upload/download speed is quite good.)
and people wont download the unwanted bloatware/adware.

I have the same experience for me.
It's always amazing when I'm searching for the right download file.
Besides, I have to use VPN to access it.
 
I have downloaded it like 10 times now and always the same, no matter which mod version nor from where i download it from, i think it might be when you signed it? If it doesnt bother can you try uploading an unsigned mod (v2) to check if i sign it with zipsigner helps?

do a hash, pick which ever suits you

if your file hash is same as mine, then the file is good. otherwise redownload it.
you need to patch your android core so it can ignore signature verification or always verify as true.
this is almost a must for modded apps to running properly without uninstall the previous version.

I had the previous version installed, and afaik since its the same signature i should be able to install over the old one, i wasnt able to, so to not lose my data since im not rooted i take the game data folder at android/data/jp.cloverlab.makaiwars.sp, and move it to another part of my phone, uninstall and install mod, then i put the folder back, that has worked for me on every game that saves its data on that directory, still cant install, but ill try the hash and see if it is that

i will try to fix it tmr. seems because i didn't test it on nonroot so i miss this error.

this game has in-game savedata transfer service, all you need to do is sign up an account in the game setting menu, this way it will backup your savedata on the server, which imo is the safest, you will not lose data unless the game server shutsdown. and this method doesnt require root. give it a try.

and the mod has been updated , hope it solves your problem.:)
