more importantly, it's the exact same files as last week version. compare #377 and #381
btw, the toast notification "androidrepublic" "-dwizpa-" at game start isn't working, which indicates mod isnt working.
either you're too busy and mixed up the files again, or the upload service cached the wrong files. the md5 is still the same for both v2 and v3.
