You should try to activate the first
for example unlock skins you must first "Pick" (when you have already selected the hero you are going to play) the hero and then select the desired skin from the list that will appear, if you do not follow the steps the list with the names of all skins will not appear.

android 7 and 8 only work with root.
I no rooting phone and it worked fine when I did it the way I told it before the phone was reset.
It hasn't worked since the phone was initialized.
I android 10 same problem
