how to upgrade equipment to grade 11 - 13? and where can i get ring and necklace for up grade?

MuP dacă ai face orele la reward de 305k diamond de 4 ore și nu de 8 ore ca 8 ore este mult de așteptat wtf. Și nu pot sa UPGRADEZ nimic. Sunt 3 jucători pe serverul nou cu 30 milioane de BR wtf. Cum au făcut ei atât BR este imposibil și nu este corect.
 
Sadly it still doesn't work. Then I have to uninstall and install the game again. Probably manz icons can't be seen again, but hopefully I can join other cities again
 
Epic chest now can get max lvl 5 item now? What happen before is lvl 8 to lvl9?

Don't worry, that's becouse the festival event is over and will be reactivated soon, for now save your diamonds. <3

In order to avoid that and keep the game lag free we've decided to open Server 19! <3

As of today the Festival Event is active once again!
The event will start on 21/02/2019 and will end on 27/02/2019!
The claiming time will be on 27/02/2019.

With the return of the festival event we're also opening Server 20!
