if you're on android 10, then mod will not work. play lower android or emulator.
otherwise, not sure, never seen all-white screen like that before. make sure original game is fully uninstalled before you install mod

Read the many pages on this thread. Many reasons for ban. Some people share their monsters in profile or with friends for example, easy for other people to report and get banned. If you know what other "odd" things that you did before the ban, then pm me or post to this thread so everyone will try to avoid it.

Having say this. Online ban is frequent on this game if you're bragging your uncapturable monsters - think about it, no one else ever had uncapturable and you have it?

Permanent ban is extremely rare, only when dev check your account manually. You gain medal if dev decided to pay your account a visit

If you're on Android 10, then mod doesn't support it. Play lower versions android or emulator.

If you're on lower versions of Android already, then you must uninstall original apk before installing and playing mod.

If your situation is not any of the above - then I have no clue what that error is. Try to grab me crash log then I can investigate
