Have you tried memory editor? Depending on the game, sometimes I remove their check so toy can use those editor - not sure about this one, couldn't remember

But gem still not find how to hack

if gold can be changed, then gems will be the same.
as said, didn't remember what had been done on this game anymore, best of luck finding the way to do that

on next version, if I remember about this and have some time, I'll check to see what/where the gems etc.
