so far money will reset everytime you're in a loadscreen, for me tho o:

for example:

1. enter the "Secret Dungeon" lobby
2. return back to Town
3. money should be at 99 mio again :3

G+ login is not easy since it check the signature of your app.

If you are not willing to root your device i highly suggest alternative ways of sync, when possible.
