you are safe as long as u dont overdo it in anything that shows in ranking. Normal dungeon safe, normal rift also safe, adventures are also safe. max x5 in flame rift and tier dungeon. Make sure your stats and level are somewhat high, before trying it in both flame and tier (60%+ armor pen, crit %, cooldown reduction, 150b damage. You can farm even dungeon for a chance to get mythic gear. a lvl1200 should carry u to flame rift 10 and tier 10 without any suspicions)
